This stately design is intended to be reminiscent of Jefferson’s historical Monticello estate. Inside the Piedmont, the kitchen is the heart of the home, surrounded by the family room, breakfast nook, dining room and office. The master suite boasts two large walk-in closets and a spacious private bath. Two other bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bath are on the opposite side of the home. The exterior features a partial brick front with vinyl siding and vertical board and batten in the center gable highlighted with a large half round window. A rear side load garage completes this plan.
